What each number tells you to do.
Every reading on the screen maps to one simple action: water, feed, move, or leave it alone.
Soil moisture 0–100%
When to water. Most tropicals like 40–60%, succulents under 30%. Water only when it drops below your plant's range.
Soil pH 3–9
Can roots absorb food? Most houseplants want 6.0–7.0. Blueberries and azaleas prefer it acidic.
Fertility (EC) 0–3000 µS/cm
When to feed. Low means it's hungry. High means skip fertilizer and flush the soil.
Light 0–100,000 lux
Where to place it. Bright indirect light is roughly 10,000–20,000 lux. Too low? Move it closer to a window.
Soil temperature 32–122°F
Are roots comfortable? Most plants grow best at 65–80°F. Cold soil slows growth and invites rot.

How accurate are the readings?
The twin stainless probes give stable readings in about 7 seconds. For best results test moist soil, avoid stones, and keep the probes clean. It's built for confident care decisions, not lab analysis.
Can I use it indoors and outdoors?
Yes: houseplants, succulents, herbs, raised beds and lawns. Don't leave it out in the rain, and never submerge the display.
How long does the battery last?
A full USB-C charge covers weeks of daily checks. It switches itself off after a few minutes to save power, and there are no batteries to buy.
Will the probes hurt my plant's roots?
No. The probes are thin and smooth. Insert them a couple of inches from the stem and push straight down.
