Shipping Policy

Prepared in 1–2 business days, delivered in 6–8 business days, tracked. Orders of $75+ (including every two-pack) ship free.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Destinations available at checkout are the ones we can deliver to.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Orders are delivered within 6–8 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates aren't guaranteed, and carrier delays, customs or peak seasons can add time.

Shipping cost

Orders of $75 USD or more ship free, which includes every two-pack and three-pack. Orders under $75 USD ship for a flat $2.99 USD. Prices and rates are shown in your local currency at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships you'll get an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start showing updates. You can follow your parcel anytime on our Track your order page using your order number or tracking number.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are your responsibility unless checkout shows they're included.

Wrong address, lost or stolen packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking shows delivered and you can't find the package, check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us and we'll help.
