These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to any purchase you make from PlantSays ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours on screen can vary, and readings from PlantSays Pulse are guidance to help you care for your plants. They aren't a guarantee of plant health or growth results.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the store currency and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. Payment is processed securely at checkout by our payment providers.

3. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example when a product is out of stock, the order looks fraudulent, or there's an error in the product or price information. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including our 30-day returns.

5. Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All site content, including text, images, graphics and logos, belongs to PlantSays or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

6. Third-party services

We use third parties such as Shopify, payment processors and shipping carriers to run the store. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of their services.

7. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except where the law says otherwise, the site and products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, PlantSays isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
